Trouble logging in

Hello Members!  We have received many calls and emails about trouble logging in to the membership site.Trouble Logging in or trying to renew??? Help is here!

Below are a few TIPS to help you successfully log in to renew or view your personal membership:

  1. Your Username is the email you provided at the time of purchase.  If you and another member originally used the same email for sign up, we will have to adjust that, as only one person will be able to log in with each unique user ID.  Email info@platinumgolfmembership.com for the fastest response time for help with this or you can call 843-215-3673 between 9am and 3pm EST.
  2. Your Password is either your current member number, your OLD member number or a custom PIN that you have created.  We can easily look that up for you if you email your request to: info@platinumgolfmembership.com for the fastest response time or you can call 843-215-3673 between 9am and 3pm EST.

If you are not particularly computer savy, or don’t have an email address, you probably are not reading this =)(insert humor here!)…all kidding aside, we want you to know we are here to help.  You can stop in our corporate office located adjacent to the Indigo Creek Club House at 9480 Indigo Club Drive, Murrells Inlet, SC 29578 to purchase your membership or call us at 843-215-3673 to renew or purchase your membership via telephone from 9am-3pm.
