Terms and Conditions  (2025 Membership Program)

 

Membership:

Certain restrictions may apply based on time of year and course selected.
Participating courses may change at any time.

2025 Membership is valid for the rest of 2024 and all of 2025.

Current 2024 members must RENEW MEMBERSHIP on or before Feb 1, 2025 or member account will be frozen including FREE rounds pending.
Play 4 rounds and get the 5th round free gives members a free round at the same course they played 4 rounds on.

Greens Fees and/or Cart Fees displayed online or offered as specials are subject to applicable tax.
Standard booking restrictions are limited to 48 hours in advance.  (See “Online Booking” for additional advance booking opportunities)

Round Credit Accumulation:

Round credits are only accumulated on “Paid Rounds” at participating courses.
Round credits older than two years old may be deleted or have values altered or marked down.
Round Credits accumulated at a course(s) that stops participation in the Platinum Golf Membership ™ may be expired at the end of the program year, the exit date of the course, or on a custom date decided on by the golf course in coordination with the Platinum Golf Membership ™.

 

FREE Round Redemption:

A FREE round is generated automatically after a member plays four (4) rounds at a specific course.
All FREE rounds are stored digitally for both the member and the golf course to view “Pending” or “Redeemed” status.
(NOTE:  No printed certificate is required for redemption.  Members should give proshop staff their membership number at check in and request to redeem a FREE round they know is “PENDING” in their member account.  The proshop staff should then look up the member and “Redeem” the FREE round.)
Limitations may be placed on the redemption of FREE rounds certificates at the golf courses discretion.
(ie.  Course ABC may restrict the redemption of FREE rounds to PM only for the month of April.)
 

FREE Round (Expiration):

Free rounds generated but NOT redeemed within two years of the date generated may be auto-expired by the system or by request of the golf course.  Members who have not renewed for the  current membership year by February 1 of that year may have their accounts frozen and pending awards expired.

Sales:

All sales are final.  Five to seven day turnaround time from date of purchase.

Gift Cards:

2025 Program
No gift cards are currently available for any 2025 membership types.
2024 Program
No gift cards are currently available for any 2024 membership types.
2023 Program
No gift cards are currently available for any 2023 membership types.
2022 Program
No gift cards are currently available for any 2022 membership types.

2021 Program

The 2021 program gift card program will distribute Visa Gift Cards that are valid at a wider variety of locations. (ie. Not restricted to just golf course purchases) All gift cards have a unique expiration date printed on the front of the card.  Expiration is dictated by the date of purchase and not a calendar year or program year.

All Cards issued after 12.15.20 will have a 6 month expiration date or less.
 

(Example:  If you purchase a membership with a gift card on November 20, 2020 your gift card will likely have an expiration date of 10/21 or even 09/21.)

Platinum Golf Membership is not responsible for any gift cards lost or stolen.  Gift cards have no cash value.  Expired cards from any program have no value and can not be transferred or reactivated.
