Thistle Golf Club – Awards Redemption & Loyalty Points

The Platinum Golf Membership™ has enjoyed a great relationship with the Thistle Golf Club over the years.  We regret to inform our members that the Thistle Golf Club has recently notified us about a change handed down from their corporate office effective January 1, 2023.

What is the Change?

Unfortunately, starting on January 1, 2023 the Thistle Golf Club will no longer participate in our “LOYALTY GOLF PROGRAM”.  All FREE rounds must be used before 12.31.22.  Starting January 1, 2023, The Thistle Golf Club will no longer track paid rounds or redeem FREE round certificates.

On a positive note,  the Thistle will still give Platinum Golf Members “DISCOUNTED RATES” better than just the local rates.  (This change effectively makes them an “ASSOCIATE COURSE” since there are still benefits to being a Platinum Golf Member.) (More details to follow soon.)

Recommendation to Members

Go Play the Thistle Golf Club!!!!  If you have a FREE round to redeem, use it before 12.31.22!!!!  The golf course is blessed with great course conditions and enjoys serving Platinum Golf Members and guests with the best experience possible.
Again, they are still offering Platinum Golf Members discounted rates in 2023 but are forced to make this change at the current time.

Other Options

The Platinum Golf Membership™ team understands this change will cause some members to potentially lose FREE rounds due to the last minute notice.  We look forward to giving our membership an update after 12.15.22 when we’ve had time to explore some solutions.  Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
