Private Club Tournament Opportunity Open to Platinum Members

The Patriot at Grand Harbor 2017 Relay for Life Golf Tournament

Eligibility: Open to all golfers (four-person team) who have a current USGA Handicap Index.  Please note: No Platinum round credits will be given, however, this is a great chance to play at an otherwise private club!

Format: Scramble – Shotgun at 1pm

• First 25 foursomes (first-come, first-served basis) All entries must be received by Friday, April 21, 2017 with a check for $500 (foursome) payable to Grand Harbor Patriot Relay for Life.
• Fee covers
  • Tournament fees
  • Range fees
  • Golf
  • Prizes
  • Lunch and Dinner.
• Each player receives one free round of golf. Free round can only be used with 3 “paying” players (Foursome cannot use their free round to play together)

Practice Round:  Schedule with The Patriot Golf staff one week prior to the event – $20 per player.

Dress Code: No jeans, cut offs or shirts without collars allowed. Male shirts must be tucked in at the waist and belted.
